Domain Lookup

Salve ragazzi, ho un cisco 837 e voglio che processi delle acl su hostname.
Abilitando il domain lookup e il name server sul cisco tuttavia non mi risolve i nomi mi sapete dare qualche dritta???
Ecco l'output.
